BIA reports record engagement with its Marine Jobs program as Australia’s boating sector confronts a critical shortage of skilled workers.

Announcing the figures during National Skills Week, BIA CEO Andrew Fielding said the association had expanded its careers and recruitment program since taking over sole delivery of the Marine Jobs platform.
