Priscilla is a Solicitor admitted to practice in Australia and a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Her practice areas are Migration Law, Mediation, Criminal and Family Law.
As part of our migration team, Priscilla has recorded successes at Migration Review Tribunals such as the Administrative and Appeals Tribunal (AAT) in Australia receiving visa refusal decisions by the Australian Department of Home Affairs, reversed on appeal.
She has also assisted in successful responses to Public Interest Criterion (PIC 4020’s etc) and student visa cancellations or notices of intention to consider cancellation, employer nominated visas such as subclasses 186, 482 and 494, and a host of other Australian visas. Her migration practice also extends to visa advisory for the UK, Canada, New Zealand, and the US.
As part of our dispute resolution and mediation team, Priscilla deals with matters ranging from student and school mediations (in Australia), straightforward claims to complex commercial disputes requiring evaluative, transformative, and facilitative mediation skills, ensuring that disputes are resolved on time, with minimum costs and positive outcomes.
